Tracy, California, offers a complete line of thermocouples, control spikes, drive systems and cantilevers for semiconductor manufacturers concerned
with cleanliness, quality and cost. Our company is dedicated to meeting clean manufacturing and statistical process control requirements of its customers while
maintaining a tradition of personalized service. Advanced manufacturing techniques are applied to
established product lines which meet the stringent requirements of today's advanced IC manufacturers. Complete quality assurance records are kept with a goal
of working in partnership with customers to achieve direct from-the-stockroom delivery of thermocouples and spare parts. We welcome customer audits of our quality assurance records. S
ervice begins with direct sales and technical support, eliminating intermediaries between us and our customers. A true partnership between IAS and customers is
always the top priority. A high degree of flexibility is built into our thermocouple program to accomodate the changing needs of our customers. Custom cantilevers and
drives, with features tailored to each applicartion, are offered. IAS specializes in retrofitting older diffusion and CVD equipment with cantilevers to substantially reduce
particulate defect density and enhance performance. |
