Thermocouple PricesQuestion: How much do new thermocouples and control spikes cost? Answer: Much of the cost of a thermocouple or control spike arises from the cost of the precious metals, such as Platinum and Rhodium, used to fabricate them. The costs of
these two materials fluctuate on a daily basis. IAS determines the price based on the amount of metal wire needed and the precious metals market price on the date of manufacture. Please call us for current prices.
Question: How much does thermocouple recalibration cost? Answer
: Recalibration fees begin at $60 for calibrating a three junction thermocouple and vary with the complexity of the thermocouples.
Cantilever and Drive SystemsQuestion: Can you retrofit old IAS heads to work with new tube configurations?
Answer: Yes. IAS can retrofit existing cantilevers.
Question: Will IAS loaders match my current DDC? Answer: Yes. IAS can match loader electronics to match your current DDC. All drives
can be operated manually or automatically. Question: How long does it take to deliver new cantilevers and/or drive systems? Answer: IAS can deliver cantilevers in 3-4 weeks and drive systems in 4-6 weeks from the date they are ordered.
